The seating layout of the theatre is similar to that of "stadium seating" in that there is no balcony. There are three seating sections in the theatre; the "Orchestra", the "Loge" and the "Mezzanine". The three seating sections are located one behind the other and the rows (starting in the Loge through the Mezzanine) are elevated. Click Here to view the seating chart.
For those patrons using wheelchairs or needing assistance, the theatre has barrier-free access to the orchestra seating area. Please inform the Box Office when purchasing tickets that you would like to reserve a space with accessible seating.
Assistive Listening System (ALS)
ALS devices are available upon request. For those patrons wishing to use an ALS device, please inform the Box Office when purchasing tickets. Please note that, though the devices are available, a three week advance notice is necessary in order to have the devices available at the performance for which you have purchased tickets.
Large Print programs are available upon request. For those patrons wishing to receive a program in the Large Print format please inform the Box Office when purchasing tickets. You may pick up your Large Print program from a theatre volunteer the night of the performance for which you have purchased tickets.
Latecomer Seating Policy
We strive to begin our performances on time. To avoid disturbing both the performance and other theatre patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of theatre management. We encourage all patrons to arrive at the theatre early for a performance.
Storm Policy for the UC PAC
The UC PAC does not close for inclement weather, and does not give refunds or exchanges to those unable to attend an event because of weather. The UC PAC does everything in its power to remain open for all performances. When the performance occurs the "No Refunds or Exchanges" policy stated at the time of sale, printed on the ticket, and printed throughout this website remains in full effect. Please plan to leave home early and travel carefully.
